The Apnea Total Advanced course is a three-day, immersive step up to 30 metres. It blends the science of breath-hold, advanced technique, and real water time to extend both your depth and your breath-hold. The course folds in static apnea and dynamic work, so you leave stronger across every discipline, not just depth. It is the natural next step after your Level 1 and the gateway to autonomous training and the Master track. Your Apnea Total certificate is included.

Frequently asked questions
What is the prerequisite for Advanced Level 2?
You need to hold an Apnea Total Freediver Level 1 certification, or an equivalent first-level certification from another agency. This course assumes you already have solid Level 1 foundations.
How deep does this course go?
The Apnea Total Advanced course takes you to a maximum depth of 30 metres over three days, building both your depth and your overall breath-hold.
What does it add beyond Level 1?
Beyond depth, it blends advanced technique with the science of breath-hold, and folds in static apnea and dynamic work. You leave stronger across every discipline, not just constant-weight depth.
Where can I go after this?
Advanced Level 2 is the gateway to autonomous buddy training (the 30 metre minimum requirement is met) and to the semi-professional Master and Wave 3 tracks when you are ready.
How does it compare with the Molchanovs Wave 2?
Both are Level 2 courses to around 30 metres. The Apnea Total Advanced runs over three days, while Molchanovs Wave 2 runs over four and adds the CNF discipline. Either continues your pathway in its own system.
